Fan Flight

Fan a paper postcard across the week's weather to the mailbox. You never steer the postcard: you place your fan and hold it to waft, and the breeze pushes the postcard away from it.

Fetching this week's course…

No flight this week yet.

The course is the same for everyone all week, and a new one blows in on Monday. The highest flights are on Record highs.

How to fly

Your fan blows the postcard away from wherever the fan is. Put it below the postcard to lift it, behind it to push it along, above it to bring it down. The closer the fan, the harder it blows.

Thermals, warm columns over sunny ground, lift the postcard.
Rain bands pull it down and soak it, so it falls faster for a moment.
Gust fronts shove it along, or back, pink when against you.
Storm cells end the flight if it touches one, and so does a puddle.

Pick up stamps on the way for 50 points each, and drop the postcard into the mailbox's slot. A delivery scores 500, and more the quicker it is.

With a keyboard, move the fan with the arrow keys and hold Space to waft.
